Step1 Processes
Our Bex team interviews the head of departments and teams in order to create a list of potential SOPs. These are organised for management review, keeping in mind that only processes with business intent need to be formalised for standardisation and some SOPs potentially linked if teams are undertaking the same or similar processes.
Step 2 Framework
Once an initial list is established, we determine the format for your standard operating procedures, develop a robust template and establish a formal review process. We then discuss and set up how the documentation can be accessed by the respective stakeholders.
Step 3 Execution
Together, we identify the experts who can provide the required insights and check for documentation that may already be available.
After conclusion of the interviewing process, the SOPs are written, reviewed, tweaked, verified and published. To ensure that SOP’s remain useful and used at all times, a periodic review process must be put in place for required updates.
